Short use does not always mean daily pricing
Delivery, setup and pickup still take place for a brief rental. Ask for the total for your specific dates rather than multiplying a guessed daily rate. Early event delivery may be possible, but it must be included in the written arrangement.
Arrange access on both ends
A unit placed in the backyard has to come out again. Keep the approach open for collection and tell us if the property will be unattended. A marked location and an available phone contact can help with delivery when nobody is waiting outside.
For temporary bathroom outages
Let us know whether residents, a work crew or both will use the unit. Include accessibility needs and handwashing in the request. If the plumbing work runs over, call before the agreed collection so we can review an extension.
A useful quote starts with the right details
Send the delivery ZIP code, dates, unit preference and headcount. Include opening hours and access restrictions, especially when a property is unattended. We review availability, the service arrangement and transport before confirming your order.
Ask for the rental period, cleaning visits, delivery, pickup and any additional charges to be identified. Review the cost guide and rental terms before approving the arrangement.
Questions to settle before booking
Can you deliver today or tomorrow?
Rush delivery may be available after the equipment and route are checked. Call with your address and needed date. A quote request does not reserve a unit or guarantee an arrival time.
Do I have to be there for delivery?
Unattended delivery may be possible with approved access and clear placement directions. Mark the preferred location and provide an available site contact. Some sites require someone present, so confirm this during booking.
Will you pick it up automatically when I finish?
For an open-ended rental, contact us to request pickup. Confirm the collection arrangements and when billing stops. Keep gates unlocked as agreed and the servicing route clear until collection.
