Is a month the same as 28 days?
No. A 28-day cycle is four weeks and can renew before the same date in the next calendar month. Ask for the exact cycle dates, recurring amount and pickup notice when arranging an ongoing rental.
Will you pick it up automatically when I finish?
For an open-ended rental, contact us to request pickup. Confirm the collection arrangements and when billing stops. Keep gates unlocked as agreed and the servicing route clear until collection.
What if my event changes or I need to cancel?
