Choose the experience your guests need
Flushing toilets, sinks and climate-controlled options help make a trailer suitable for formal occasions or longer guest visits. Our equipment options include the Satellite Suites 6 × 14-foot, four-door, four-station configuration. Other trailer and accessible configurations require availability confirmation.
Reserve more space than the trailer body
The nominal body dimensions are not the placement footprint. The tow vehicle, tongue, steps, door openings and any ramps need additional room. Tell us about turns, overhead branches, sloped drives and the route from guest seating. For a lakeside Garland reception, assess the ground after rain as well as on the walkthrough day.
Confirm the actual utility specification
Identify the electrical source, circuit capacity, cable route and water connection before delivery. We confirm the assigned model’s requirements in the rental plan; a household outlet or extension cord is not automatically suitable. If utilities are unavailable, request the appropriate generator, water-storage or wastewater arrangement before approving the quote.
What to send for an accurate quote

- Start date, end date or expected project length.

Before delivery and after the last use
Confirm the delivery window and placement instructions. Keep the service approach clear for waste removal and restocking. For an open-ended rental, request collection when the unit is no longer needed and confirm the billing-end arrangement. Review rental and cancellation terms with the quote.
Can you deliver today or tomorrow?
Rush delivery may be available after the equipment and route are checked. Call with your address and needed date. A quote request does not reserve a unit or guarantee an arrival time.
Can the unit go in my backyard?
Possibly. We need to review gates, turns, wires, steps, ground conditions and the service approach. Unit width and truck clearance are different measurements. Have a backup location ready if access is too narrow.
How often are units cleaned?
Service is scheduled according to the rental agreement and expected use. Weekly visits are available for ongoing construction rentals. Heavy use, extra shifts or multi-day events may need additional visits.
