Wheelchair-accessible and ADA-compliant are different descriptions
Our listed options include the wheelchair-accessible PolyJohn Comfort XL, the PolyJohn We’ll Care III and Satellite Freedom. The Comfort XL specifications shown here belong only to that model; they do not establish ADA compliance for another unit. Tell us when an ADA-compliant configuration is required so we can confirm the appropriate equipment and its documentation.
The approach matters as much as the restroom
Loose gravel, steps, soft grass, a locked gate or a steep approach can prevent access to an otherwise suitable unit. Include an accessible route and door clearance on your site plan. Keep the route open through the whole event, including after dark. Do not use the space beside the entrance for supplies or trash bins.
Plan each restroom cluster
The U.S. Access Board explains accessibility requirements for portable toilet clusters and accessible routes. As a planning example, one accessible unit is needed in a cluster of 20 under the 5% guidance; a cluster of 21 rounds up to two. Apply the rule to each cluster and review the full requirements with the venue or responsible design professional. An equipment booking alone is not an event-wide compliance certification.
Read the U.S. Access Board toilet-room guidance. Turning space is not simply a “60-inch radius”; applicable circular or T-shaped space and fixture clearances must be reviewed.

Before delivery and after the last use
Confirm the delivery window and placement instructions. Keep the service approach clear for waste removal and restocking. For an open-ended rental, request collection when the unit is no longer needed and confirm the billing-end arrangement. Review rental and cancellation terms with the quote.
Can you deliver today or tomorrow?
Rush delivery may be available after the equipment and route are checked. Call with your address and needed date. A quote request does not reserve a unit or guarantee an arrival time.
Can the unit go in my backyard?
Possibly. We need to review gates, turns, wires, steps, ground conditions and the service approach. Unit width and truck clearance are different measurements. Have a backup location ready if access is too narrow.
How often are units cleaned?
Service is scheduled according to the rental agreement and expected use. Weekly visits are available for ongoing construction rentals. Heavy use, extra shifts or multi-day events may need additional visits.
