Review your order before paying

The written quote and rental agreement identify your equipment, dates, service schedule, payment amounts and cancellation terms. Review those details before payment or signature. A website quote request does not reserve equipment.

Payment, invoice and confirmation

Card payment and an electronic invoice are used to arrange rentals. Where advance payment and a signed invoice are required, both must be completed before the order goes to dispatch. Confirm the initial amount, any recurring charge and any later pickup charge. Do not put card numbers in the quote form; use the payment method supplied by the rental team.

28-day construction rental cycles

Construction arrangements described in our rental calls use four-week, 28-day billing cycles beginning on delivery, with scheduled weekly cleaning and service. Open-ended rentals can continue into another billing period, with an authorized recurring card charge and email invoice. Your quote must show the included service, cycle dates and recurring rate. Finishing a three-week job does not automatically reduce a 28-day charge.

Cancellation and refund arrangements

Call promptly with your order reference if you need to cancel or change dates. The rental conversations describe different cancellation arrangements for construction and event orders. The schedule in your written booking applies; confirm the exact deadline before paying, especially for next-day or holiday delivery.

28-day construction bookings

One construction arrangement specified a full refund for cancellation earlier than the three-business-day window, a 50% refund from three business days before delivery until the 24-hour cutoff, and no refund within 24 hours of delivery. A separate Thursday booking described Monday or earlier as fully refundable, Tuesday as 50% refundable, and Wednesday as nonrefundable. These are examples of the terms discussed for those orders, not a replacement for the cancellation deadline on your own booking.

Event bookings

An event arrangement allowed cancellation one, two or three days before delivery with a full refund, while cancellation on delivery day could incur a fee. That event arrangement should not be assumed to apply to a construction, rush or other booking. Ask the team to confirm your event’s refund deadline and delivery-day charge in writing.

Keep the cancellation confirmation. Rescheduling, weather changes and early collection do not automatically create a refund entitlement. If we cannot fulfil your order, contact the team to arrange the refund and written confirmation, as described in the construction booking conversation.

Delivery dates and access

Event delivery and collection may take place on different days from the event itself. Weekend and holiday arrangements depend on the confirmed route. Tell us about gates, turns, soft ground and site opening hours. Unattended placement needs agreed instructions and an available contact. A preferred arrival time or advance-call request is not a fixed appointment unless confirmed.

Failed delivery after the truck arrives, blocked access or changes to placement can create additional charges under the rental agreement. Record access restrictions before dispatch and notify us if conditions change.

Cleaning, supplies and extra visits

Keep the approach available for scheduled pumping, cleaning and replenishment. Ask what paper, sanitizer, soap, towels and water are included with your equipment. Extra use or additional shifts may need extra servicing; arrange the visit and its charge with the team. Report damage, a tip-over or an unusable unit promptly.

Damage and equipment care

Damage to rented equipment may result in additional charges under the agreement. Review responsibility for damage, loss, relocation and any proposed damage waiver before booking. A waiver or insurance benefit is not automatically included. Do not move or attempt to pump a loaded unit yourself; contact the rental team to arrange assistance.

Request pickup to close an open-ended rental

Pickup is not automatic for an open-ended order. Call when the unit is no longer needed and provide your order reference, location and access details. Confirm the collection request, any separate removal fee and the billing-end date. Keep the equipment accessible until it is collected. A project finishing early is not the same as a confirmed pickup request.

Questions or cancellation requests

Call (469) 326-3330. Phone support is available 8am–7pm, Garland local time; weekend and holiday arrangements depend on availability. Do not treat submission of a new quote form as confirmation that an existing order has been cancelled.
