Flushing and handwashing in one unit
The PolyJohn Fleet Fresh Flush model listed in our equipment information uses fresh water to flush and includes a sink. Its published sink capacity is 20 gallons. The runner-base version is 48 inches deep; the optional handle-base version differs. Ask which configuration is assigned to your booking.
A deluxe unit is different from a trailer
Customers often ask whether a deluxe portable toilet has air conditioning. A ventilated single unit and a climate-controlled trailer are different products. Choose a trailer when an indoor-style space and temperature control are priorities. Choose a deluxe unit when flushing and a sink are the main improvements you want.
Plan for refilling and access
Fresh water and waste capacity are finite. Give us your expected attendance, event length and available household restrooms so we can review the number of units and any service needs. Garland summer events need a practical service plan, clear access and convenient handwashing; an upgraded toilet does not remove those requirements.

Can you deliver today or tomorrow?
Rush delivery may be available after the equipment and route are checked. Call with your address and needed date. A quote request does not reserve a unit or guarantee an arrival time.
Can the unit go in my backyard?
Possibly. We need to review gates, turns, wires, steps, ground conditions and the service approach. Unit width and truck clearance are different measurements. Have a backup location ready if access is too narrow.
How often are units cleaned?
Service is scheduled according to the rental agreement and expected use. Weekly visits are available for ongoing construction rentals. Heavy use, extra shifts or multi-day events may need additional visits.
