An open-ended order can renew in 28-day cycles. Twenty-eight days is four weeks, not a calendar month. Ask which date starts the first cycle, how renewal is authorized and what notice is needed to avoid an unwanted next period.
Adjust service as use changes
A small crew can grow as trades overlap. Share worker numbers, shift length and changes in access so the cleaning plan can be reviewed. Routine visits address waste removal, cleaning and supplies as specified in the agreement; additional visits should be requested and priced.
Pickup requires communication
Do not assume a unit will disappear when the crew finishes. Call with the order reference, site address and access instructions. Get the requested removal date and billing-end arrangement confirmed. Keep the unit accessible until it has been collected.

Send the delivery ZIP code, dates, unit preference and headcount. Include opening hours and access restrictions, especially when a property is unattended. We review availability, the service arrangement and transport before confirming your order.

Can you deliver today or tomorrow?
Rush delivery may be available after the equipment and route are checked. Call with your address and needed date. A quote request does not reserve a unit or guarantee an arrival time.
Do I have to be there for delivery?
Unattended delivery may be possible with approved access and clear placement directions. Mark the preferred location and provide an available site contact. Some sites require someone present, so confirm this during booking.
Will you pick it up automatically when I finish?
For an open-ended rental, contact us to request pickup. Confirm the collection arrangements and when billing stops. Keep gates unlocked as agreed and the servicing route clear until collection.
